Ciancia is a non-profit cultural organization that promotes the language and traditions of Italy.  Members gather on a monthly basis for conversation and for socializing with other individuals who have a connection with Italy or feel a close association with its amazing culture and sensuous lifestyle.  Whether your affiliation is carried as a passion, a linguistic, artistic or literary interest, by a direct or indirect cultural origin, or by any other kind of relation, you are welcome to be part of our club. Half of our members are Italians, which gives you hours of exposure to the mother language.  Ciancia is the ideal environment to effortlessly learn Italian by simply listening to it, plan your next trip to Italy, establish meaningful connections, meet people who cultivate similar interests.  We try to limit our conversation to Italian only, resorting to English only in order to help beginners or people who are yet to break into fluent conversation.
