Fairly central location

To promote participation, we try to locate our meetings within reasonable commuting distance. As a guideline, reasonable is considered up to 35 minutes driving distance from downtown Atlanta in normal traffic conditions. topics

Space

Because of the successful participation to our meetings, you need adequate space to fit up to 70 people comfortably. Participation may vary between 50 and 100. Therefore, we do recommend an adjoining spill-over space, as a parlor or a den, of 200 square feet, at the least. During the warmer months, it is desirable to host the meeting in an open space (such as a garden or a deck) but we would still recommend that you have a suitable indoor area in case it rains. topics
