Ponteponente Atlanta Italian Children Program
From parks and playgrounds sprinkled around the city of Atlanta, to fabulous venues such as the Georgia Aquarium a permanent dinosaur exhibit at the Fernbank Museum, the bemusing Coca-Cola museum, the Center for Puppetry Arts, and the children’s program at the High Museum of Art, Atlanta is teeming with activity for children.

In addition to such an eclectic collection of high end venues, Atlanta has recently offered programs designed specifically for children who are bilingual and speak Italian. Ponteponente is a new organization built and managed by parents and created to fill the absence of Italian programs in the Atlanta school system.

Ponteponente is a non-profit, social, cultural and educational association for Italian children living abroad. Its aim is to produce programs and events for children that encourage them to speak and interact with each other using the Italian language while promoting Italian heritage and culture. The objective of the Atlanta Chapter of Ponteponente is to produce these programs and events for Italian children living in the Atlanta, GA area.

Ponteponente, Inc. e’ un’associazione non-profit con scopi sociali, culturali ed educativi indirizzati ai bambini italiani residenti all’estero.
